FlyNET is a new project started by two German friends. It simulates a realistic environment for virtual airlines.
"I'm currently developing a platform where everyone can create a new virtual airline. But the difference to other va's will be that you start with a budget of 25Mio $ and will have to buy aircrafts, maintain them, create the flightplan, choose ticket prices, etc., " said Konrad Pustka, one of the two developers.
United Virtual Airlines (UVA) President and Chief Operating
Officer David Klain today announced that the UVA Board of Directors
approved implementation of Star Alliance and code share flights from
the United Airlines real world schedule effective November 1, 2005.
Today the regional division of air Belgium, air Belgium
Connection has presented its new routes that will be launched on
January the 1st 2006. These new routes will be made possible thanks to
the reintroduction of the ATR72 in the fleet.
It was announced today from VUSSP Headquarters that the
Apollo 19 mission has been rescheduled for launch on Saturday November
19, 2005 at 6:30 am EST. The decision came from Manned Spaceflight
Operations Director Jon Morales and approved by the VUSSP Executive
Commmittee.
Upstate Express has received the first aircraft to its fleet.
The Q400 and Saab 340 will now be test flown by the airline. Passenger
service is planned to begin soon though the company has not officially
set a date to begin service.
