Air21 Virtual Airlines Announces Opening Date
This week Air21 Virtual Airlines announced it’s opening, scheduled for March 4, 2010. The retro styled airline based on the real world Air21 features the routes and livery from 1996/1997, the years the real world Air21 was in operation. Award winning pilot and long time Air Fresno VA CEO Peter McKay, along with his daughter Sarah, put the airline together over the last 18 months, researching and contacting former staff to make the virtual airline as authentic as possible. From the Project Fokker F28-4000 aircraft to the actual published timetable, everything is there. Also in the planning is a contemporary take on the airline, scheduled for sometime this summer, that will share the same website. The modern Air21 will use the Project Opensky CRJ-200 and some of the same routes from the 1996 timetable.

Britannia Air is looking to become registered with both VATSIM and IVAO, and we need someone with the relevant knowledge and experience to enable us to do so. This is a senior position, and the post holder will have a free hand to shape and develop the online flight aspect of Britannia Air. Global Air Cargo Virtual has hired a Chief of Human resources and now has another new job opening. The Job opening is a hub manager position this involves:
- Submitting a monthly report on how your hub is going
- Being active in the forums
- Try to make airline events
- Fly once a month
- Have msn and/or skype for staff meetings
- Knowledge of excel, have a copy of MS excel or open office excel

Cirrus Air to Resume Operations
Hyde Park, IL – Last week, officials at Cirrus Air gathered to discuss the possible reorganization of Cirrus Air and its operations. At the conclusion of the meeting it was decided that Cirrus Air would take to the skies once again with a new vision, goal and objective. Starting from the old website and systems, Cirrus would return to its previous operations only to rebuild the staff team at which point, reorganization would commence.
In an attempt to fill remaining positions, Cirrus is currently accepting applications for both the Chicago Midway Hub Manager, and the Director of Human Resources positions.
